It depends on the size of the job as well as the weather conditions if outside work.

Do I need to have all required permits, or do you pull these?
Normally the architect will pull permits but we can if we need to.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes, we are insured and bonded.
Will you take care of the entire project including any electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, etc..?
Yes, we subcontract out all mechanical trades and will take care of the entire project from start to finish.
Will I be assigned a project manger?
Yes, each job has a foreman assigned to oversee all trades.
