Our principal business as of one of Ohio’s top construction companies is the construction of new buildings for commercial use as well as building renovation, industrial maintenance, and concrete work. Hathaway Inc. self performs all carpentry and concrete work and subcontracts all mechanical trades.

OUR LEADERSHIP 

Dustin and Amanda Klein – Owners

Dustin and Amanda Klein were both born and raised in Coshocton, Ohio. They both graduated from River View High School class of 2002. Dustin having always been drawn to building from a young age attended the Coshocton County Career Center his junior and senior year of high school. His ultimate goal was to one day have his own construction company, but knew he needed the experience first and wanted to work for Hathaway Inc. Amanda’s goals were to raise a family and had always talked about owning her own business but never really knew what business she wanted to have. Dustin and Amanda married and have four children that they have raised in Coshocton.

Dustin joined the Carpenter’s Union after high school and completed the 4-year apprenticeship working for Hathaway Inc. Dustin climbed his way up the ladder At Hathaway Inc. starting as an apprentice and then to journeyman carpenter to foreman in 2009 and in Estimator/Supervisor in January 2018. Dustin became Vice President in September 2018. Amanda joined Hathaway Inc. as part time office help in May 2018 and in September 2019 became the full-time office manager.

Dustin and Amanda Klein purchased Hathaway Inc. in January 2024 from Chuck and Paula Hathaway. Dustin and Amanda’s dreams have come true and feel like they are truly blessed. Dustin was able to work for Hathaway Inc. and they both were able to purchase a business that they can run and grow together. Dustin and Amanda can not thank the Hathaway Family enough for entrusting them with their 2 nd generation family-owned business and helping making their dreams become a reality. Dustin and Amanda also are so grateful for all the amazing support from all their family, friends, customers, community and mostly their Hathaway Inc. family. Hathaway Inc. would not be what it is without all those guys working so hard out in the field with the passion and pride for the work that they do. Hathaway Inc. has been building Coshocton since 1957 and plan to continue building Coshocton for years to come.

Josh Aronhalt, Vice President of Hathaway Inc.

Josh was born and raised in Conesville. He graduated from the Building Trades Program at the Coshocton County Career Center and from River View High School in 1998. After graduation Josh joined the carpenter’s union and began his apprenticeship at Hathaway, Inc. Josh became a foreman in 2007 and then moved to Vice-President in 2024. Josh is married to Tina, and together they raise their children in their hometown of Coshocton.
